About Ethan:

Ethan is a Director at 119^th Street Capital, the private investment arm of First Bancshares Inc., a multi-generational, family-owned Financial Holding Company. In his current role, Ethan is responsible for all aspects of the investment lifecycle from sourcing to post-close value creation.

Prior to joining 119^th Street Capital in 2022, Ethan held roles at Peakstone Group, an investment bank specializing in M&A and capital raising for middle market clients. Ethan’s focus was on advising family owned and other closely held enterprises on M&A and capital raises involving private equity firms and corporate strategics.

Ethan holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
